Technical-sales- Work Tools & Services- Oost en West Vlaanderen

Function

  • After your familiarisation period, you will take care of the long-term development of the sale/rental of working tools in your region (East and West Flanders / Hainaut).
  • Continuously analyse the existing potential with customers and implement an action plan for the sale of working tools.
  • You continuously analyse the work situations and specific areas of application at customers and provide proactive advice (you can always count on the support of the Product Manager Work Tools).
  • Develop the existing customer portfolio with companies active in sectors such as earth and road construction, owners of large industrial structures, etc.
  • Build a close relationship with your customers as a basis for a solid business collaboration. Customer confidence in the company, products and services is therefore essential.
  • You respond proactively to the (potential) needs of your customers and follow up your files from A to Z.
  • You report directly to the Construction Sales Manager who supports you in your business.

Profile

  • You have a degree in a technical field and/or an equivalent diploma thanks to your professional experience.
  • You have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the earthmoving industry.
  • You have a strong affinity with earth-moving machines and their accessories (working tools) and you have a perfect knowledge of the customer's needs.
  • You like to make contacts, you have a commercial attitude.
  • You are a real hunter who likes to prospect.
  • Collaborating with the different departments/departments involved in a company is something you have been doing for years.
  • You are able to work independently.
  • Be solution and customer-oriented.
  • Constantly expanding your technical knowledge.
  • You are proactive and have a sense of initiative.
  • If you live in the Brussels-Ghent region, that's a plus.
  • You are perfectly bilingual NL/FR (spoken and written) and have a good command of English.
