Finance Business Unit Manager - Consulting Company

Main responsibilities are:

• Management of your own Business Unit;
• Business development of new and existing Key Accounts and expansion of activities in Belgium;
• Recruitment and Management of Consultants (Hiring, Project Reviews, Yearly Evaluation, Trainings, etc);
• In charge of matching resources with projects;

• You hold a Master's degree;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proven abilities as a decision maker;
• You are results-oriented, autonomous and dynamic;
• You are native French. A good level of English or Dutch is a plus.
